The main tasks
This is what you will do:
- Speaking to customers by phone: giving advice, answering questions and thinking along on solutions.
- Proactively calling customers about quotations, open questions and status updates.
- Preparing and processing quotations for field sales.
- Entering and checking orders in the system.
- Actively thinking along with customers about products, delivery times and possibilities.
- Supporting the field sales team: looking up information, preparing quotations, following up on action points.
- Accurately processing customer data, contracts and contact moments in CRM/ERP.
- Passing on customer signals and opportunities to colleagues in field sales.
- Monitoring agreements made and informing customers in time about changes or special circumstances.

- Administratively skilled and comfortable with systems (CRM, ERP, email, Office).
- Positive attitude and true team-player mentality.
- Experience in inside sales or customer service is a plus, but not a hard requirement.
